LOSWEL Tablet is an excellent ayurvedic medicine that brings about its beneficial effects in inflammatory diseases by –
It counters inflammatory response by inhibiting substances that produce inflammation at the tissue damage site (Cytokines, leukotriene biosynthesis, 5-lipoxygenase, topoisomerase I, topoisomerase II alpha, NF).

Eliminates inflammatory edema.

INDICATION
LOSWEL Tablet is useful in a large number of diseases, especially where swelling (inflammation) is the main abnormality. These include –
(1) Joint swelling and pain – Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, spondylitis, ankylosing spondylitis, frozen shoulder, low backache, disc problems, sciatica, tennis elbow.
(2) Diseases with swelling (Inflammation) – Swelling in the tonsils, sinuses, throat, voice box, ear, gums, mouth, piles, and anal cuts, skin, dermatitis, ulcerative colitis, etc.
(3) Orthopedic disorders: Fracture, dislocation, ligamental tear/injury, soft tissue injury, sprain, etc.
(4) Gynecs problems – pain before or during menstrual bleeding.

HOW TO USE
Adults: Initial dose: 1-2 tablets thrice a day. Maintenance dose: 1 tab once / twice a day.
Children (6-9 yrs): 1/2 tab thrice a day. To be swallowed with water, just after/within meals. For children, crush and administer with honey, water, milk, fruit juice.
