Dabur Chyawanprash is Ayurveda's best known and most trusted health tonic. It is based on a two thousand year old recipe first documented by sage Charaka in Charaka Samhita in the 4th century BC. Prepared from more than over 40 plants, fruits, roots, herbs and minerals, it works on the vital internal defense mechanism and increases body immunity. Fresh Amla (Indian Gooseberry) pulp acts as an anti-oxidant and immuno-stimulant while giving a tangy-sweet after taste.

Dabur Chyawanprash has a tangy sweet-sour taste and the consistency of jam. It can be taken directly or in milk and as bread spread. Some like to have Chyawanprash in the form of a drink. In all cases its therapeutic properties have proven to remain stable and active.

Dose: 1-2 teaspoonful
